All sketches, garden designs, plant palettes, and concept documents presented on this page are the exclusive intellectual property of Beneficial Gardens. This material is protected under Australian and international copyright laws.

Terms of Use:

  • Confidentiality: This design is provided solely for the recipient's private review regarding their specific property or premises.

  • No Reproduction: You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display these designs without express written permission from Beneficial Gardens.

  • No Implied Licence: Accessing this page does not grant a licence to use, build, or implement these designs. A formal licence is only granted upon the execution of a service agreement and full payment for design services.

  • Liability Disclaimer: These concepts are for illustrative purposes. Beneficial Gardens is not liable for any actions taken or damages incurred based on the preliminary information provided herein without a signed professional consultation.

Intellectual Property (IP) & Ownership Notice

  • Copyright Ownership: All creative content—including the "Guardian’s Grove" theme, mythological storyboards for the Lakhey and Ban Jhakri, custom garden layouts, and maintenance guides—is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

  • Moral Rights: As the creator, you retain Moral Rights under Australian law, which requires you to be attributed as the author of the work and protects the work from derogatory treatment.

  • Licensing: Presenting this proposal to the client does not transfer ownership. It is a "Limited Purpose" disclosure. If the client proceeds, they are granted a licence to use the designs only for the Darbar premises.
