Refresh Your Head Space

Hello and welcome

I am reaching out to you to show what type of creative spaces that could be achieved with more than just indoor plants in your work space.

The above image is of a large potted pascal pallet of Pink and white daisy. Edibles of silver beets, coriander, mints and greens finishing off with tall pink poppies.

These thoughtfully designed potted gifts encourage the development of communal spaces that are ideal for , hosting organic edible parties, conducting engaging workshops, refreshing one's headspace and the overall well-being from the cultivation of green.

This edible mixture can be shared as:

Silver beet and coriander:

These can be used in various ways in office food.

  • Adding aroma and nutritional value to a variety of staff meals. They can be added into salads, stir-fries, soups, frittatas, quiches, or even baked into cheese rolls.

  • Younger leaves are best for salads or in sandwiches while more mature leaves can be steamed sautéed, or added to other dishes.

Daisy leaves stems and mint are also edible.

  • You can use the young leaves and flowers to add to salads

  • Decorate cakes, or create a refreshing tea.

  • The flower heads can also be used to garnish salad dishes, and the buds can be preserved in vinegar.

The Poppy

  • Seeds

The edible seeds, often from opium poppy varieties, are used in breads, pastries, and to make oil.

  • Petals:

The petals can be used as a red dye in some medicines and wines, and they can also be dried and used in potpourris.

Other combination or

Roasted Sweet & beet parties.

have a collection of advanced shade plants that I would like to use in an indoor environment. Indoor plants can elevate the atmosphere of your work , creating a more relaxed and inviting space with the odd popping colour and fresh flavours in the entrance, corners, bland walls and your mural art wall.

Below are some reasons to consider and the possibilities with borrowed images.

Here are some of the following that I have in my nursery.

  • Foliage Plants:

  • Large-Leaf Plants: Consider plants like the Fiddle Leaf Fig (Ficus lyrata), Monstera (Monstera deliciosa), or Philodendron (Philodendron spp.) for a bold, tropical touch.

    1. Air-Purifying Plants: Include air-purifying options like Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata), Spider Plant (Chlorophytum comosum), or Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum).

  • Sensory touch and smell. Herbs for the kitchen:  Growing your own herbs for a pub restaurant offers several benefits, including fresh, flavorful ingredients, reduced food costs, and is unique, that can enhance the dining experience. Customers can see that you believe in local ingredients. Herbs like Basil, mint, thyme, rosemary, sage, parsley, chives, oregano, lavender

    • Enhanced Ambiance: Nature can create a more relaxed and inviting atmosphere, while boosting the mood making the pub feel more welcoming.

    • Visual Interest: Adding a natural element and visual interest, making your space more appealing. You can rotate plants to reflect the seasons, keeping the decor fresh and dynamic.
